摘　　要：In October 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang visited five ASEAN states. They depicted a clear blueprint for the relationship between China and Southeast Asia in the coming decades. China will more equally emphasize sovereignty, security and development interests and pay equal attention to land and maritime issues.
