摘 要:目的:通过研究黄芩等6种中药对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的抑菌作用,为临床治疗泛耐药菌感染寻找新的出路。方法:采用中药抗菌试验试管倍比稀释法测定药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:黄芩、连翘、黄连、金银花、五味子、乌梅对60株泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌有不同程度的体外抑菌作用,MIC均值分别为46.22,234.37,56.01,103.13,63.54,58.85 mg/m L。本地与外地收集的菌株,抑菌作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:6种中药对60株泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌均有不同程度的体外抑菌作用。Objective : To investigate the bacteriostatic effects of six kinds of traditional Chinese herbal medicine on pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and provide a novel route to the clinical treatment of infection.Methods : The minimum inhibiting concentrations(MICs) of drugs were determined by antibacterial test with doubling dilution in tube. Results : Scutellaria, Forsythia, Coptis, Honeysuckle, Schisandra and Jaume showed bacteriostatic effect in vitro at different degrees on 60 strains of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, of which the mean MICs were 46.22, 234.37, 56.01, 103.13, 63.54 and 58.85 mg/m L respectively, which showed no difference in local and foreign isolates(P 0.05). Conclusion : Each of the six kinds of Chinese herbal medicines showed a certain inhibitory effect in vitro on 60 strains of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
