黄连上清片与黄连上清丸中黄芩苷、栀子苷、欧前胡素等量性对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较黄连上清片、黄连上清丸的质量等量性。方法:通过测定样品中栀子苷、黄芩苷和欧前胡素的含量,比较片剂与丸剂中3种成分的含量差异。结果:黄连上清片3种成分的含量为4.15,1.056,0.072 mg/剂次;水丸为9.17,2.75,0.049 mg/剂次;蜜丸为5.49,3.79,0.026 mg/剂次。这3种成分之和分别为5.28,11.97,9.31 mg/剂次。结论:黄连上清丸与黄连上清片这3种成分的含量之间存在明显的不同,黄连上清片与黄连上清丸这3种成分之和也存在明显的差异,黄连上清片与黄连上清丸的质量不等量。Objective ：To compare the quality equivalence of huanglianshangqing tablets and huanglianshangqing pills. Methods ： The contents of geniposide, baicalin and imperatorin in huanglianshangqing tablets and pills were determined and compared. Results ：The contents of geniposide, baicalin and imperatorin in huanglianshangqing tablets were 4.15, 1.056 and 0.072 mg/dose while those in water pills were 9.17, 2.75 and 0.049 mg/dose, those in honeyed pills were 5.49, 3.79 and 0.026 mg/dose, and the sums of the three components were 5.28, 11.97 and 9.31 mg/dose, respectively. Conclusion ： The contents and sums of three components were significantly different in huanglianshangqing tablets and pills, indicating that the qualities of the tablets and pills were non-equivalent.
