摘　　要：内皮前体细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)具有修复损伤血管内皮,促进新生血管形成的功能。近年来,EPCs被用于治疗糖尿病足,并取得良好的疗效。本文就EPCs治疗糖尿病足的最新进展进行综述。Endothelial progenitor cells （EPCs） can repair impaired vascular endothelium, promote neovascularization. Recent studies indicate that EPCs transplatation can precipitate the healing of diabetic foot. In this article, we review the research progress on EPCs and the application of EPC transplantation in treatment of diabetic foot.
