摘　　要：研究了"十三五"中、低压配电网规划设计原则,通过分析电网规划总目标,按规划的原则分别得出中、低压配电网典型的接线模式,中、低压架空配电网络有四种典型接线;中、低压电缆配电网络典型接线有两种典型接线;同时给出了中、低压架空配电网络和电缆馈线的截面选择。最后对电力用户进行分类,提出了电力用户的供电电压的选择和不同电力用户的供电要求。提出的中、低压配电网规划设计原则体现出了经济性、实用性和可行性等特点。同时提出的高压配电网规划设计原则对农村县级电网改造升级领域的也有一定的借鉴作用。This paper studies the 13 th five low voltage distribution network planning and design principles,through the analysis of power grid planning and total target,calculated according to the principle of planning,low-voltage distribution network in a typical connection mode,there are four typical medium and low voltage overhead distribution network connection;Typical medium and low voltage cable distribution network connection there are two kinds of typical;At the same time gives the medium and low voltage overhead distribution networks and cable feeder section selection.Finally in this paper,the electric power users are classified,and put forward the electric power users the choice of the power supply voltage and different power supply requirements of users.In this paper,the medium and low voltage power distribution network planning and design principle reflects the economy,practicality and feasibility,etc.At the same time,this paper puts forward principle of high voltage distribution network planning and design for rural power grid upgrading at the county level in the field of also has a certain reference.
