摘　　要：为检测狂犬病灭活疫苗(r3G株)的免疫效力及安全性,将威克中试生产的3批疫苗(批号2015006、2015007、2015008)和参考苗(梅里亚狂犬病灭活苗)同时以同样剂量(2.0 IU)免疫狂犬抗体阴性的3月龄健康比格犬及怀孕母犬,并监测疫苗对体温及体重的影响,定期检测血清中狂犬病病毒的抗体效价,同时跟踪免疫母犬的产仔情况。结果表明,3批中试疫苗效价高且批间稳定,各批效价均高于5.0 IU/m L,对3月龄犬具有很好的安全性及免疫原性;首免14 d抗体效价即可达到有效保护水平(大于0.5 IU/m L),免疫持续期可达15个月。中试疫苗对怀孕母犬亦具有很好的安全性。To detect the immune effect and safety of inactivated rabies vaccine （r3G strain）, 3-month-old healthy beagles and pregnant female dogs with negative rabies antibody levels were vaccinated with 3 batches of vaccine from Weike Company （2015006,2015007, 2015008 ） and reference （Merial rabies vaccine） in 2 IU, respectively. Effect upon body temperature and weight were observed, in ad- dition to regular tests for rabies serum antibody titers. Birth situation was also detected. Resuhs suggest that these 3 batches of pilot vac- cines have high titer （above 5 IU/mL each） and between-run stability, provide excellent safety and immunogenieity for 3-month-old beagles. Antibody titer could reach protection level（above 0.5 IU/mL） 14 days after first vaccination, with a duration of immunity protec- tion as long as 15 month. Vaccine safety for pregnant female dogs were also observed.
