摘　　要：根据本院参加海军"和平方舟号"医院船遂行传染病防治任务,发现医院船在遂行国际灾害救援、护航出访等特殊任务传染病防护与诊治中的问题,提出提高医院船传染病防治功能的四个对策,从基本原则、人员配备、设施配置、药械配备和训练组织等五个方面进行阐述,对于提高医院船传染病防控与救治具有意义。According to the mission that our hospital participated the prevention and control of infectious diseases on the ＂Peace Ark＂hospital ship of the navy,we found the problems in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious disease,individual protection,when the hospital ship carried out specific tasks in international disaster relief,escort and visit missions,etc. The four countermeasures is proposed to improve the function of hospital ship about the prevention and control of infectious diseases,it is expounded in five aspects,basic principles,personnel allocation,facilities configuration,drugs and medical instrument configuration,training organizations,it is important to improve the capacity of the hospital ship in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
