摘　　要：结合某军队中心医院参加实战化卫勤保障任务演练实践,按照医院野战医疗所临战动员准备、组织指挥协调、展开撤收实施、总结经验等各阶段组织程序,重点分析野战医疗所在实战化卫勤建设中存在的问题,提出安全高效的实战化卫勤保障方案及对策,确保卫勤保障任务圆满完成。We summarized the character of the actual combat of medical support drills that the military central hospital＇s field medical point participated in,and then analyzed the existed problems in it. Both safe and efficient countermeasures were put forward to improve the level of each stage of the actual combat of the medical support. The stage of the actual combat of the medical support contained battle mobilization preparation,organization and command coordination,expand and dismantling implementation,experience summary,etc. Also the countermeasures ensured that the medical support task complete successfully.
