摘　　要：处理日遗化武双边调查作业是一项高危、高毒、高爆的非战争军事行动,冬季作业不仅增加作业的困难程度,还对医疗保障提出更高的要求。本文总结气候影响、中毒急救、疾病种类、车辆安全等方面的保障特点,并提出具有针对性的措施。The bilateral survey task of Japanese ACW is a non-war military task with high risk,high toxicity,and high explosive. The greater the degree of difficulty of task during wintertime,the higher the requirement of health care. In this article,the targeted solutions were put forward,after we summed up the main points during the process such as the effects of awful weather,the measurements after poisonor emergency treatments,the multiple types of diseases,the security of ambulance.
