摘　　要：不合理用药已成为制约医院发展、引发医疗安全事故、激化医患矛盾的重要因素,也是医院管理研究中的重点和难点。本文阐述当前合理用药形势及不合理用药产生的原因,结合合理用药管理工作的做法及成效,提出关于合理用药管理工作的几点思考,以期为同行在促进合理用药的临床应用和管理方面提供借鉴和启发。Irrational use of drugs has become an important factor of restricting the development of the hospital,causing medical accidents,and intensify conflicts between doctors and patients,which is also an important and difficult point in the study of hospital management. The paper expounds the current situation of rational use of drugs and the causes of irrational use of drugs. Combining with practice for the management of the rational use of drugs and effectiveness,the author proposed reflections on the management of hospital rational use of drugs,in order to provide reference and inspiration in improving the clinical application and management of hospital rational use of drugs for the peer.
