中西医结合护理“订单式”培养模式的实践及效果分析

摘　　要：目的:调查中西医结合护理"订单式"培养模式的实践效果。方法:择优选取天津市医学高等专科学校2013级普通护理专业学生38名参加我院中西医结合护理"订单式"培训,并对培训效果进行分析。结果:参加中西医结合护理订单班的护生理论成绩为(92.57±6.39)分,专业技术操作考核成绩为(95.75±4.62)分,患者及家属对护生工作满意度平均为99.69分,最终择优录取28名护生留院工作。结论:中西医结合护理"订单式"培养模式通过较早的教学干预、临床介入、课内实训以及多元化的教学形式,为岗位需求提供实用性强、专业水平高的护理人才,扩大了中医护理人才队伍,有利于发挥中医专科的特色优势,提高医院护理服务质量,培训效果较好。Objective： To explore the effect of the customized training model for integrated nursing that combines traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods： A total of 38 nursing students in Tianjin Medical College were chosen in the training program. Results： The students＇ mean scores of theory, clinical practice and patient satisfaction were （92.57±6.39）, （95.75±4.62） and 99.69, respectively. Eventually 28 excellent students were employed in the hospital. Conclusion： The customized training model provides professional nurses by early specialized teaching, clinical practice, in-class training and diversified methods of teaching. It could augment our nursing team, give full play to the advantages of Traditional Chinese medicine, and improve quality of care.
