摘 要:本文针对锅炉烟尘监测过程存在的主要问题进行探讨分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。研究表明,锅炉烟尘监测是一项复杂艰苦的工作,不但要求现场监测人员具有端正的工作态度、吃苦耐劳的工作精神,还要具备较高的技术水平和业务能力。加强对仪器设备检定及维护、采样断面的选择、现场采样的规范性、采样滤筒的处理、采样过程中的质量控制等环节的把控,显得尤为重要。只有控制好锅炉烟尘监测过程中的每一个环节,才能保证测出真实准确的数据,为环境管理决策提供强有力的技术支撑。This paper discusses the main problems existing in the process of monitoring of smoke and dust emission from boiler,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Research shows that the boiler soot monitoring is a complex of hard work,not only for field monitoring personnel has good work attitude,work spirit which bears hardships and stands hard work,but also a higher level of technology and business skills. Strengthen the equipment calibration and maintenance,the choice of sampling section,the standardization of the field sampling,the sampling filter tube processing,the quality control of the control in the process of sampling, is particularly important. Only good control every link in the process of boiler smoke monitoring,to ensure that the measured data,truthful and accurate decision- making to provide strong technical support for environmental management.
