摘 要:本文在建立资源生态环境综合承载力评价指标体系的基础上,运用主成分分析法对昌吉州的资源生态环境综合承载力进行了定量评价。结果表明,昌吉州资源生态环境综合承载力整体上呈现出上升的趋势,但各子系统之间存在较大的差异,资源环境承载力和资源环境治理保护的综合水平呈现出波动上升的特征,环境破坏程度和生态环境容量的综合水平表现为波动下降的趋势。因此要合理利用生态资源,有效控制环境污染,进而实现昌吉资源环境可持续发展。Based on establishing the ecological environment resources comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index system,using principal component analysis of resource and ecological environment of Chang Jizhou's comprehensive carrying capacity was quantitatively evaluated. The results show that, the state of Changji resources ecological environment comprehensive overall showed a rising trend,but there is a big difference between each subsystem,the comprehensive level of resources and resource environmental protection 's present fluctuation of rising resource environmental bearing,the level of comprehensive environmental destruction and the degree of ecological environmental capacity performance is the fluctuation trend of decline.Therefore,to the rational use of ecological resources, effective control of environmental pollution, so as to realize the sustainable development of resources and environment in Changji.
