摘  要:矿物基润滑剂存在着生物降解性差的弊端,它所造成的污染已经引起人们的高度重视。本文以季戊四醇酯为可降解基础油,分别以硫烯、T306、T406为添加剂,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上实验了润滑剂的摩擦学特性,用扫描电镜观察了磨痕形貌。结果表明季戊四醇酯对硫烯的感受性比较好。在小剂量添加时,季戊四醇酯润滑性能好。The disadvantage of the existence of the biological degradation of mineral based lubricants. The pollution has caused people's high attention. In this paper,pentaerythritol ester used as biodegradable base oil,added sulfur,T406,T306 as additives,respectively. Experimental study on the tribological properties of lubricant on the four ball friction and wear tester,and the morphology of wear scar was observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that sensitivity of pentaerythritol ester vinyl sulfides is better. In the small dosage,pentaerythritol ester showed good lubricating performance.
