摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省武威市医疗机构消毒质量状况,找出存在的问题,有针对性地加强监督和管理,提高消毒管理水平。方法按《消毒技术规范》消毒效果监测方法与要求、《医院消毒卫生标准》GB 15982-1995进行,对2011—2014年甘肃省武威市医疗机构消毒效果进行检测与分析。结果 2011—2014年消毒质量合格率分别为85.1%、86.3%、95.3%和95.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=129.79,P<0.01);市(县)、其他医疗机构、社区、卫生院和个体诊所合格率分别为93.5%、89.9%、95.2%和88.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=53.10,P<0.01);空气、医护人员手、环境中物体表面、使用中的消毒液、高压消毒灭菌器和紫外线合格率分别为91.8%、94.7%、94.5%、75.7%、92.6%和87.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=193.60,P<0.01)。结论消毒质量呈上升趋势,但仍存在薄弱环节,应进一步加强监督和管理。Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Wuwei, to find out the problems for strengthening supervision and management, so as to improve the level of disinfection management. Methods According to Disinfection Technical Specifications and Disinfection Hygiene Standards in Hospital GB 15982-1995, disinfection effects in medical institutions in Wuwei city, Gansu province from 2011 to 2014 were detected and analyzed. Results During the period of 2011 to 2014, qualified rate of disinfection quality was 85.1%, 86.3%, 95.3% and 95.7%, respectively, with statistical difference（χ2=129.79, P〈0.01）. The qualified rate was 93.5% and 89.9%, 95.2% and 88.6% in the medical institutions of the city（county）, the others, communities, health centers and private clinics, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=53.10, P〈0.01）. The qualified rate was 91.8% of air, 94.7% of medical staff ＇s hands, 94.5% of environmental objects＇ surface, 75.7% of disinfection liquid, 92.6% of high pressure sterilizer and 87.7% of ultraviolet, with statistical difference（χ2=193.60, P〈0.01）. Conclusions The quality of disinfection tends to be increase. However, there is still weakness.Supervision and management should be reinforced.
