摘　　要：唐庆增作为中国近代经济思想史领域的一位大家,其经济造诣不仅局限在经济思想史研究上,也涉及到工商业经济发展思想。唐庆增认为要推进工商业的发展,宏观上,国家需要重视货币贬值的问题,培育良好的银行信贷体系。微观上,一是企业主需要提高自身素质;二是重视解决劳资冲突问题,关键是要通过追求生产的增加和改进提高工人的工资率。总体而言,唐庆增的经济思想是主张和拥护自由主义经济的,但在当时的世情、国情下,这些条件显然不具备,因此唐庆增的"个人主义",显得不合时宜。As a master in the field of China's modern history of economic thought, Tang Qingzeng's attainments were not only limited to this theme, but involving in the aspects of industrial and commercial development economic thought as well. In Tang's consideration, government needs to prevent the currency devaluation and establishing well-functioning credit system in macroscope, for the purpose of promoting the development of industry and commerce. And in microcosm, one is that employers should advance their own quality; the second is to solve the conflicts between labor and capital, and further, the most critical is to increasethe production and the rate of wages. In general, although Tang is an advocator of economic liberalism, the conditions mentioned above are certainly unavailable under national prevailing trends.Thus, Tang's 'individualism' seemed definitely inappropriateat that moment.
