摘  要:对山脚树矿131811掘进工作面钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K_1值测定过程中的漏气问题进行分析,发现采三区主通风机喘振引起的巷道静压波动是导致K_1值测定失效的主要原因,温度影响为次要原因。喘振引起巷道静压波动导致测定压力值波动较大,仪器误判断显示为漏气。外界环境若引起煤样罐内温度升高,测定压力值偏大,进而测定K_1值偏大;反之,温度降低,测定压力值偏小,进而测定K_1值偏小。针对巷道静压波动导致钻屑瓦斯解吸指标测定失效问题,可采用给定基准稳定静压源的方式解决,同时真空保温型煤样罐可有效降低环境温度对K_1值测定的影响。In this paper,analysis was made on the air leakage problem in the determination process of the drilling cuttings gas desorption index K_1 in 131811 heading face in Shanjiaoshu Mine,it was found out that the main reason of the failure determination of K_1 value was the roadway static pressure fluctuation caused by the fan surge in No. 3 mining district,the secondary reason was the temperature influence. The roadway static pressure fluctuation caused by the fan surge led to a greater fluctuation of the determined pressure values,so the instrument had a wrong judgment and displayed the air leakage. If the external environment led to the temperature rise in the coal sample holder,the determined pressure value would be greater and that would led to the greater determination value of K_1; on the contrary,the temperature dropped,the determined pressure value would be smaller,which would then cause the determination value of K_1 to be smaller. To counter to the problem of the failure determination of the drilling cuttings gas desorption index K_1 caused by the roadway static pressure fluctuation,it can be solved with a datum stable static pressure source,meanwhile,the vacuum thermal-insulation coal sample holder can effectively reduce the influence of the environmental temperature on the determination of K_1 value.
