摘 要:根据煤矿企业隐患排查治理工作实际需要,利用信息技术和网络技术,提出了煤矿事故隐患管理与预警方法,设计了与之配套的、基于B/S模式的应用软件——煤矿事故隐患管理与预警系统,并在事故隐患预警与动态监控的基础上开展隐患管理工作。该系统具有隐患整改管理、隐患预警、隐患动态监控、隐患信息检索分析等主要功能,有助于科学、规范地开展隐患排查治理的常规工作,也可实时、准确地监测控制重大事故隐患及隐患整改状况,促进和保障煤矿事故隐患排查治理效果。According to the actual needs of the coal mine enterprise in hidden danger investigation and management work,the hidden danger management and early warning method for coal mine accidents were proposed by using the information and network technology,an application software based on B / S mode- the hidden danger management and early warning system for coal mine accidents was designed,and on the basis of the early warning and dynamic monitoring of the accident hidden dangers,the hidden danger management work was carried out. The main function of this system included the rectification and management,earning warning,dynamic monitoring,information retrieval and analysis of the hidden dangers,so it can not only help to carry out the routine governance work of hidden dangers,but also to real- timely and accurately monitor the major accident hidden dangers and their rectification status and to promote and guarantee the investigation and governance effect of the accident hidden dangers in coal mines.
