摘　　要：政府以及相关部门要加强管理,进一步规范劳动力市场,加强对用人单位的管理,维护好兼职期间大学生的合法权益。This paper mainly discusses about improving rules and regulations,reinforcing the management by the government and relevant departments,regulating the labor market,enhancing the employment of enterprises to protect college students' part-time job rights.
