摘　　要：目的:分析胰岛内分泌细胞构成在2型糖尿病动物小鼠病程进展中的变化。方法:选取2型糖尿病小鼠为研究对象,依照小鼠月龄分组,另外选取同年龄段尾静脉空腹血低于6.0mmol/L小鼠为对照组,小鼠均采用免疫组织学观察,分析胰岛素免疫组织学染色结果和胰岛细胞数量等。结果:对照小鼠胰岛B细胞阳性细胞多出现在胰岛中央,糖尿病小鼠阳性细胞分布弥散,随着病情进展,数量逐渐减少。不同年龄段正常小鼠胰岛B细胞、A细胞和胰岛D细胞数量差异不明显,同年龄段糖尿病组小鼠胰岛B细胞数量显著低于对照组。随着糖尿病病情的进展,糖尿病小鼠胰岛B细胞显著降低,糖尿病小鼠胰岛A细胞和胰岛D细胞显著升高,多组比较差异明显。结论:2型糖尿病动物模型小鼠病程与胰岛内分泌细胞呈现相关性,胰岛内细胞分泌异常可能与糖尿病进展有关。Objective:To observe and analyse the quantity changes of pancreatic islet endocrine cells in spontaneous diabetic mice and explore their relationship with pathogeny of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Mices with Type 2 were selected,and were divided into Different age groups.Mices with Tail vein blood lowed than 6.0mmol/L were selected,mices were given treatment of Immune histology.The tails of pancreas were excised and observed by immunohis to chemical staining,the Insulin immunohistochemical staining and the number of islet cells of the groups were ompared.Results:In control mice,the positive cells of B cells were found in the middle of the islets,the distribution of the positive cells in the diabetic mice was dispersed.Different ages of normal mouse pancreatic B cells,A number of cell and islet D cell was not obvious difference.The same age diabetic group,the number of diabetic mouse pancreatic B cells was significantly lower than the control group,diabetic mouse pancreatic B cells were significantly reduced with the progress of the disease of diabetes,diabetic mouse pancreatic islet cells and D cells were significantly increased,more obvious difference between groups.Conclusion:The three kinds of endocrine cells of pancreatic islet show the quantity changes in db/db diabetic mice which are related to the severity of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.(P<0.05).(P>0.05).
