摘　　要：目的:探讨护患共同参与型护理模式对肺癌化疗患者心理状态的影响。方法:纳入200例肺癌患者,均接受化疗治疗。随机分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例),分别给予常规护理和护患共同参与型护理。观察两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化情况以及患者的护理满意度,并进行比较。结果:经不同的护理干预之后,对照组的SAS、SDS评分均显著高于观察组,(均P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度达到99.0%,显著高于对照组的85.0%,(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌化疗患者实施护患共同参与型护理可以有效改善患者的心理状态。Objective:To explore the influence on nurse patient participation type nursing on psychological state of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods:200 cases of lung cancer patients were treated with chemotherapy,and were divided into the control group(100 cases) and observation group(100 cases) randomly,and were given conventional nursing and nurse patient co participation type.The anxiety self rating scale(SAS) and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of the two groups were observed and compared with that of patients.Results:After different nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the control group were significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 85%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nurse patient collaboration in nursing can effectively improve the mental state of the patients on chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.
