儿童医院医疗质量评估统计指标的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨提高医疗统计指标如何衡量医院医疗质量、工作效率和效益.方法：通过对儿童医院2 5年（1989～2014年）来医疗质量各项统计指标进行结构性统计展示,分析医院领导班子采取以科技兴院,以人为本和各项科学、创新的措施.结果：儿童医院门诊接待人次、住院人数都有很大增加;病床使用率也大大提高;各项统计指标基本达标.儿童医院从无到有,从小到大,发展到如今的三级甲等医院及北京儿童医院集团成员.结论：医院的医疗质量不断提高,是三甲医院做大做强的充分必要条件.Objective:To explore how to improve the medical quality,work efficiency and benefit of medical statistics.Methods:This article through to the children's Hospital 25 years(1989~2014 years) to the medical quality of the statistical indicators of structural statistics show,analysis of hospital leadership to take the scientific and technological development,people-oriented and scientific,innovative measures.Results:There were a great increase in the number of outpatient service,the number of hospitalization in children's Hospital,and the use rate of hospital beds were greatly improved.The children's Hospital from scratch,from small to large,about three level of first-class hospital and Beijing Children's Hospital Group today.Conclusion:The medical quality of hospital is continuously improved.It is a necessary and sufficient condition for the top three hospitals to become bigger and stronger.
