摘  要:目前,学界对于大学生法治教育的研究主要从大学生法治教育的概念、教育路径、模式、环境、实践、学科属性及问题方面来展开,存在一些研究的空白点和薄弱点,即大学生法治教育学科定位缺少深入的比较和探讨,更没有史学方面的梳理和实践层面的个案追踪。因此,需要提出确实可行的学科归属方案,从法治教育的历史演进、社会背景、制度基础、意识形态差异等方面进一步进行比较和分析,从实践层面深入研究大学生法治教育。At present, the study of college students' legal education mainly starts from the aspects of the concept of rule of law education of college students, educational path, mode, environment, practice, subject attributes and problems. The study also introduces some foreign and overseas youth legal education and points to the problems existing in the legal education of college students in China and puts forward some countermeasures. Through analysis, we can find that there are some empty and weak aspects in the research. The mainly problems is that the subject position of students' education of the rule of the key does not solve, we also lack in-depth comparison and discussion and have no case history review and practice level track and summary. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward the project of subject attribution which we can practice on the base of the whole acquaintance about Chinese college education's mentality. We also need to create a collection of illustrative plates and framework of comparative analysis about the historical evolution, social background, institutional basis and ideological differences of the rule of college law education between our country and abroad, between the mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. We need study the rule of law education of college students furthermore from the practical level.
