摘　　要：利用中国大陆30个省份2005—2014年的面板数据,建立综合指标体系测量区域技术创新能力和经济增长质量,运用Moran’s I指数观察区域技术创新能力与经济增长质量的空间结构和特征。区域之间有较强的空间依赖性,空间集群特征明显。基于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,运用空间计量经济模型分析其关系及作用路径,结果表明:区域技术创新能力对经济增长质量推动作用主要体现在直接效应上;区域技术创新能力对本区域经济增长结构性、稳定性、福利变化与成果分配、资源利用和生态环境均有积极的作用,区域间技术创新的溢出效应仅对经济增长结构和生态环境具有正向带动作用;劳动力数量是一把"双刃剑",对本地区经济增长质量的积极和消极作用并存;物资资本存量对区域技术创新能力和经济增长质量主要体现出抑制作用。Taking the panel data of 30 provinces in China during 2005-2014, this essay established compre-hensive index system to measure regional technological innovation capability and economic growth quality.Using the Moran’ s I to observe the spatial structure and characteristics of the regional technology innovation ability and eco-nomic growth quality and found that there was strong spatial dependence between regions, and the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration was obvious. Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, this research applied the spatial econometric model to analyze their relationship and interaction path and the results showed that regional technologi-cal innovation capability promote the economic growth quality mainly reflect on the direct effect. Regional technolo-gy innovation had positive effect to its economy growth structure and stability, welfare changes and distribution, re-source utilization and ecological environment. Interregional technological innovation spillovers only had a positive leading role to economic growth structure and ecological environment. Labor force was a double-edged sword, coex-isted both positive and negative effects on the quality of economic growth. Supplies to the capital stock reflected a inhibition effect to regional technological innovation capability and economic growth quality. Finally the paper put forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
