摘 要:在分析带主法兰三通阀体形状特点的基础上,计算得到了这类阀体的多向模锻成形方案共15种;结合现有设备的功能,确定了3种可在实际生产中应用的多向模锻成形方案。借助体积成形软件FORGE,对3种成形方案的变形力载荷、模具温度场、锻件成形质量、锻件温度场与等效应变进行了数值计算。计算结果表明,3种成形方案得到锻件组织接近,但变形力载荷相差较大,模具温度的最高值差别明显。具有内、外两个垂直凸模,左、右两个水平凸模;动作顺序是内、外两垂直凸模先同时运动压入,到达法兰位置时,外垂直凸模停止运动;内垂直凸模继续运动压入,与此同时,左、右两个水平凸模也同时压入,直至锻造完成的方案最佳。By analyzing geometric features of three-port valve body(TPVB)with a primary flange,15 forming schemes of multiple-ram forging(MRF)are obtained via calculation.Combining the 15 forming schemes with the function of existing equipment,3among the 15 schemes are chosen to be used in production.The software FORGEis used to study the forming schemes,and comparisons are made among loads,temperature distributions of the tools and forges,internal defects and equivalent strains of the forging of the 3schemes.The results show that different forming schemes have similar forge organization,while significant differences with respect to load and temperature fields of the dies.The best forming scheme is as follows.There are two vertical punches,one inside and the other outside,and two horizontal punches,one on the left and the other on the right.First the two vertical punches move inward together,and when they reach the flange,the outside one stops while the inside one continues to move.At the same time,the two horizontal punches start moving inward until the forging is complete.
