摘　　要：无锡地铁1号线自开通试运营以来,车辆前照灯故障频发,给车辆运用和检修造成了诸多不利影响,通过综合分析其故障原因及结构特点,提出了对前照灯光源进行优化改造的解决方案,并通过装车试验验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。Since the opening and trial operation of Wuxi metro line 1, train headlight lamp failures occur frequently, causing many adverse effects on the vehicle use and maintenance. Some solutions to optimize the headlamp light source are proposed through the comprehensive analysis of the failure causes and structural characteristics. Through the prototype test, it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.
