摘  要:在涪陵焦石坝地区的钻探过程中,使用了多种定向技术,其中就包括旋转导向钻井技术。介绍了旋转导向工具的分类、结构与组成,分析了旋转导向工艺具有高精度井眼轨迹控制能力、水平位移延伸能力强、大幅度减小钻井周期等特点。结合焦石坝地区地质、工程、技术等综合因素,分别选取江汉、中原油田的8口旋转导向技术井为代表,通过与MWD技术钻进井对比分析得出,旋转导向技术能在一定程度上提高机械钻速、降低井下事故风险。总结了旋转导向技术因地质、设备、工具等因素在使用过程中存在难点,提出了相关优化措施,对旋转导向技术的发展和应用具有指导作用。During the drilling in Jiaoshiba Area of Fuling Region,various directional techniques including the rotary steerable drilling were used in the process of drilling.The classification,structure and composition of rotary steerable tools were briefly introduced in this paper.Furthermore,the characteristics of the rotary steerable technology with high precision well trajectory control,strong horizontal displacement and the ability to reduce the drilling cycle were analyzed.In combination with the comprehensive factors of geology,engineering and technology of Jiaoshiba Area,8rotary steerable wells in Jianghan Oilfield and Zhongyuan Oilfield were selected as the key wells.According to comparison with MWD drilling,it is summarized that the rotary steerable tools can improve penetration rate to a certain extent and reduce downhole accidents.Its challenges induced by geology,equipment and tools are also summarized and corresponding optimization measures are proposed,it provides a guidance for the development and application of rotary steerable drilling technology.
