摘 要:针对海上热采井打捞筛管出现的穿孔与腐蚀现象,为探求热采筛管损坏因素及机理,在热采高温井底环境下,利用自主研制的冲蚀试验装置,运用冲蚀试验方法,模拟不同阶段井底温度、压力、流量和含砂量等因素,分别对不同筛管基管材质与过滤材料进行冲蚀试验。通过对筛管试验前后微观及形貌分析,得到高温热采井底环境下筛管冲蚀因素影响规律及损伤机理,并提出筛管材质优选、防蚀及结构改进措施。改进后筛管防砂成功率达100%,有效生产时间超过1000d,经受了2轮次热采考验,达到了延长防砂有效期的目的,为热采井增产奠定了基础。Aiming at the perforation and corrosion phenomenon of well salvage screen in offshore oilfields,to explore the damage mechanism of thermal recovery screen,sieve tube corrosion and erosion of superposition test method and erosion test device independently developed were used to simulate the bottom hole temperature,pressure,flow rate and sand under condition of thermal recovery well with high bottom hole temperature,the erosion of base materials and filtration materials of different screens was tested respectively.The microstructure and morphology of the screen both before and after the test were analyzed,the influential rules and damage mechanism of the erosion factors were obtained and measures for its material optimization,corrosion prevention and its structural improvement were proposed.The application of improved screen is 100%successful,the effective production interval is over 1000 d,it has experienced 2rounds of tests in thermal recovery wells,the purpose of prolonging the time of sand control is achieved,and it provides a basis for production increase in thermal recovery wells.
