摘  要:建立了用快速、简单、廉价、有效、可靠及安全(QuEChERS)的方法净化、GC/ECD法测定沉积物中有机氯农药和多氯联苯的分析方法。目标化合物质量浓度在1.0~100μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均〉0.999,检出限为0.08~0.17μg/L。以沉积物标准样品SRM1944为研究对象,用QuEChERS方法和传统方法进行提取比较,并用沉积物样品进行验证,回收率为87.8%~100.3%。方法快速、简单、可靠、安全。A quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged and safe( Qu ECh ERS) clean-up procedure was established to determine organochlorine pesticides and polychlorobiphenyls in soils and sediments by GC / ECD. The results showed that the calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 1. 0 ~ 100 μg / L for target compounds,with correlation coefficients larger than 0. 999. The limits of detection were 0. 08 ~ 0. 17 μg / L. The certified reference material of sediment( SRM1944) was chosen as the subject investigated.Qu ECh ERS method was compared with traditional methods,and verified with sediments samples. The recovery ranges were 87. 8%~ 100. 3%. This method was demonstrated to be quick,easy,rugged and safe.
