张承高速风积沙边坡处治工艺研究

摘　　要：张承高速张家口段路基局部为挖方路段,路基两侧边坡为风积沙边坡,不能直接实施客土喷播防护工艺。经过分析、试验,采用钾水玻璃溶液添加耐水性胶凝固化剂对风积沙路堑边坡表面喷涂固沙,起到加固作用,文中论述了钾水玻璃喷涂配制、技术参数、施工工艺、质量要求及控制,供同类工程参考。Parts of roadbed of Zhangjiakou to Chengde highway in Zhangjiakou are excavation section,and there are aeolian sand roadbed slopes on both sides of the roadbed. So the spray seeding technique can not be used directly. After analyzed and tested,the potassium water glass solution with gel curing agent is used to spray to fix sand. Potassium water glass solution make- up method,technical parameters,construction technology,quality requirements and control method are discussed,and these methods can be a reference for similar projects.
