川芎嗪注射液治疗酒精性肝纤维化的临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价川芎嗪注射液治疗酒精性肝纤维化的临床疗效及安全性。方法将54例酒精性肝纤维化患者随机分为对照组27例和试验组27例。对照组予以静脉滴注甘草酸二铵注射液0.2 g,qd;试验组予以静脉滴注盐酸川芎嗪注射液80 mg,qd。2组患者均治疗8周。治疗后,比较2组患者的临床疗效、血清肝纤维化相关指标、骨桥蛋白、尿酸水平及肝功能,以及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组的总有效率为92.59%显著高于对照组的74.07%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的血清透明质酸酶、层黏连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原、Ⅳ型胶原、骨桥蛋白、尿酸、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、总胆红素水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液治疗酒精性肝纤维化的临床疗效确切,其能显著改善酒精性肝纤维化患者血清中肝纤维化相关指标、骨桥蛋白、尿酸水平,从而抑制肝纤维化发展,改善肝功能,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ligustrazine injection in the treatment of alcoholic liver fibrosis. Methods Fifty- four patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis were randomly divided into control group（ n = 27） and treatment group（ n = 27）. Control group was given diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection 0. 2 g,qd. Treatment group was treated with ligustrazine injection 80 mg,qd. The treatment course of two groups was 8 weeks. After treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum levels of hepatic fibrosis related indexes,osteopontin,uric acid levels,liver functions and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the total clinical efficacy in treatment group was significant higher than that in control group（ 92. 59% vs 74. 07%,P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the level of serum hyaluronic acid enzyme,laminin,type Ⅲ procollagen,type Ⅳcollagen,bone bridge prime,uric acid,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,glutamyl prolyl turn peptidase,total bilirubin in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was not statistically different between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Ligustrazine injection has a definitive clinical efficacy for the treatment of alcoholicliver fibrosis,which may improve the levels of serum hepatic fibrosis related indexes,osteopontin,uric acid,as to inhibit the development of hepatic fibrosis and improve the liver function.
