摘  要:目的研究北五味子提取液(SCE)对高脂血症大鼠血液流变学和微循环的影响。方法选取60只雄性Wistar大鼠,按照体重随机分均成6组,每组10只:空白组、模型组、对照组(山楂精降脂片24.3 mg·kg^(-1))、3个剂量(SCE,60,20,5 mg·kg^(-1))实验组。每天1次,连续灌胃21 d。第8天开始,每天1次灌胃高脂乳剂0.01 mL·g^(-1),连续14 d(空白组除外)。第22天麻醉后,用微循环观测图象处理系统进行肠系膜微循环的观测;颈动脉取血,用血液黏度计进行血液流变学指标的测定。结果与模型组比较,中、大2个剂量实验组及对照组的微静脉内径[(14.86±3.84),(14.23±1.61),(14.05±2.14)μm]、微动脉内径[(9.60±1.42),(9.43±0.92),(9.43±0.77)μm]和毛细血管数[(33.60±5.12),(37.00±2.28),(33.33±3.30)μm]均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);全血粘度切变率均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 SCE可以降低全血的血液粘度,可以有效改善高脂血症大鼠的徽循环状况。Objective To observe the effects of Schisandra chinensis baill extract( SCE) on hemorheology and microcirculation in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were random Ly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group. That is,the blank group,model group,control group( Shan Zha Jing Jiang Zhi Pian,24. 3 mg·kg^-1),high,medium and small dose( SCE,60,20,5 mg·kg^-1) test groups. One times a day,21 days of continuous intragastric administration. At the beginning of the eighth day,1 times a day, high fat emulsion 0. 01 m L·g^-1 intragastric administration for 14 days( except for the blank group). After 22 days anesthesia,using microcirculation image processing system for the observation of mesenteric microcirculation. Blood rheology of carotid artery was determined by blood viscometer. Results Compared with the model group,middle,high dose test groups and the control group with micro vein diameter [( 14. 86 ± 3. 84),( 14. 23 ± 1. 61),( 14. 05 ± 2. 14) μm ], micro artery iameter [( 9. 60 ± 1. 42),( 9. 43 ± 0. 92),( 9. 43 ± 0. 77) μm] and the number of capillaries[( 33. 60 ± 5. 12),( 37. 00 ± 2. 28),( 33. 33 ± 3. 30) μm] were significantly increased( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Whole blood viscosity on shear rate were significantly decreased( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01).Conclusion SCE can decrease the blood viscosity of whole blood and improve the microcirculation of the blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rats. It can play a better role in prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia.
