比阿培南致药物热

摘　　要：1例63岁女性患者,因大肠埃希菌阳性超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs+)所致泌尿道感染给予比阿培南抗感染治疗。用药至第13天患者出现浮肿红斑及发热,体温最高37.8℃,考虑为比阿培南引起的药物过敏及药物热,停药。停药次日患者体温正常。给予抗过敏治疗4 d,皮疹好转后出院。A 63-year-old female patient with Escherichia coli extended specturm beta- lactamases（ ESBLs）（＋） urinary tract infection received intravenous infusion of biapenem. On the 13^th day of treatment,the patient began to have a fever（37.8 ℃） with itching rash. The patient was diagnosed as drug fever due to biapenem. Her body temperature decreased to normal at the next day of drug withdrawal. After four days of antiallergic agents treatment,she got complete recovery and was discharged.
