青海省主导产业创新效率评价研究

摘　　要：运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对青海省主导产业创新效率进行评估,结果表明青海省主导产业创新效率存在规模效益不变、规模效益递增、规模效益递减三种不同类型,而且主导产业创新低效率同时存在投入冗余和产出不足.将青海省主导产业与全国同类产业部门创新效率对比发现青海省主导产业总体创新效率较低,也有部分产业创新效率略高于全国同类产业部门平均水平.进而分析影响青海省主导产业创新效率的区域因素,最后提出提升青海省主导产业创新效率的对策.Using data envelopment analysis（DEA） to assess the efficiency of leading industry innovation in Qinghai province,the results show that there are three different types of leading industry innovation efficiency,the existence of economies of scale invariant,scale increment,and scale descending.Both inputs redundant and outputs insufficient are exist at the low efficiency leading industry innovation.By comparison the leading industry in Qinghai province with similar national industry sector innovation efficiency,found that overall innovation efficiency of leading industry in Qinghai province is lower than national industry/s average level,but a number of similar industries innovation efficiency is slightly higher than the national average.At last analyses the factors that influence the efficiency of regional leading industry innovation in Qinghai Province,finally puts forward countermeasures to improve the ability of innovation.
