摘  要:海拉尔盆地断块多、储层低渗透、物性条件复杂,由于非均质性强导致井网条件下常规压裂单一裂缝效果差。以完善注采关系和形成有效驱动体系为目标,基于对复杂岩性储层应力场变化规律的认识,研究了缝内转向形成多裂缝机理。通过优化转向裂缝条数与尺寸,应用缝内暂堵工艺方法,形成了大规模缝内转向压裂技术。该技术主要特点是能够扩大裂缝与油藏的接触面积,增大井筒与地层的连通能力,增强压裂效果。现场试验井压后平均单井增油6.6 t/d,同时水井降压增注效果明显,形成了完善的注采关系。Hailer Basin is characterized by many faulted blocks,low-permeability reservoirs,and complex physical properties,and moreover due to the strong heterogeneity,for the conventional fracturing under the conditions of current well patterns,the fractured results of the individual crack are rather poorer. In order to improve the injection-production relationship and establish the effective flooding system,based on the understandings of the changing laws on the stress field of the complex-lithology reservoirs,the multiple-crack fracturing mechanism reverted from the inside seams is figured out. By means of optimizing the inverted fracture number and size,and with the help of the inside-seam instantaneous plugging technology and method,large-scale inside-seam steering fracturing technique is developed. The principal advantages and characteristics are enlarging the area between the fractures and oil reservoirs,increasing the connectivity between the boreholes and formations,and moreover enhancing the effects of the fracturing. After the fracturing of the field testing wells,the average stimulated oil per well is up to 6. 6 t/d,at the same time,the effects of the pressure reduction and injection enhancement are pretty obvious for the water injectors,thus the improved injection-production relationship is established.
