摘  要:为研究微生物驱油复合菌与油藏微生物对提高采收率产生的影响,利用T-RFLP和16SrRNA焦磷酸测序方法对比分析了复合菌与油藏微生物的菌群结构差别。通过室内产气和天然岩心物理模拟驱油实验,证实微生物驱油复合菌具有较强的产气增压效果,在用量0.32~0.50 PV的条件下,天然岩心物理模拟驱油可提高采收率5.3%。经现场12口试验井实施,合计增油2 178 t。其中有2口井进行了全过程的动态监测,发现微生物驱油复合菌及油藏中优势菌的丰度变化与采收率提高相关,这有助于改进并完善微生物驱油复合菌种及其培养基配方。In order to research the impacts of MEOR complex bacteria and reservoir microorganisms to the enhanced oil recovery,with the help of T-RFLP and 16 SrRNA pyro-sequencing methods,the group structural differences between the complex bacteria and reservoir microorganisms are contrasted and analyzed. By the indoor gasproducing and physical-simulation oil displacing experiments of the natural core,the complex MEOR bacteria have stronger effects of gas production and supercharge. Under the conditions of 0. 32- 0. 50 PV,the oil recovery of the physical-simulation oil displacing experiment of the natural core can be enhanced by 5. 3%. The total oil increment is up to 2 178 t for 12 wells in the field test. The whole-course dynamic monitoring of 2 wells showed that the abundant variation of the complex bacteria and reservoir dominant bacteria was related to the enhanced oil recovery,which helps to improve and perfect the complex MEOR strains and the cultural medium formulations.
