摘 要:大庆油田升155区块属中低渗透油藏,进入高含水期后,由于地层非均质性比较严重,影响了水驱开发效果。为了进一步提高采收率,开展了深度调剖技术研究及现场试验。针对该区块的油藏特点、地层温度和水质情况,设计了树脂型深度调剖剂的3个配方体系,通过评价3个配方体系的初始黏度、初凝时间、终凝时间、成胶黏度、黏度保留率、突破压力、岩心实验封堵率等性能指标,筛选出综合性能最佳的调剖剂配方1体系。该调剖剂配方体系在大庆油田升155试验区应用后,调剖井平均单井注入压力上升2.6 MPa,注入剖面得到改善,含水率下降了7.4百分点,平均单井日增油量0.9 t。Block Sheng-155 in Daqing Oilfield belongs to low-medium-permeability reservoirs. At later stage of high water cut,because of the rather serious formation heterogeneity,the water-flooded development effects are influenced. In order to further enhancing the oil recoveries,the researches and field test on the deep-profile-controlling technique are carried out. In the light of the reservoir characteristics,formation temperature and water quality of the block,three-formulation systems are designed for the resin-type depth-profile-control agent. By evaluating the initial viscosity,initial setting time,initial setting viscosity,final setting time,viscosity,gelling viscosity and its retention rate,breakthrough pressure,core plugged rate and other performance indexes for the system,Formula-1system of the agent with the best comprehensive performances is selected. After applied in the pilot in Block Sheng-155 of Daqing Oilfield for the formula system of the profile-controlling agent,the average injection pressure rises by2. 6 MPa for the single well,the injected profiles are improved,the water cut decreases by 7. 4%,and the average incremental oil is up to 0. 9 t per day for the individual well.
