摘 要:针对蔗渣锅炉低温受热面在实际运行过程中容易形成积灰的现象,分析运行参数并结合生产现场实际,了解到积灰原因主要有:循环水运行温度低、吹灰系统效果差、入炉燃料水分大、受热面结构设计不合理和布袋除尘器阻力增大等;有针对性地提出了3种具体的解决方案,分别为:运行优化调整,施工辅助调整和换热器结构调整;此研究为烟气余热回收技术在蔗渣锅炉上的良好应用提供了指导,对同类的烟气余热回收改造工程也具有借鉴意义。In the light of the phenomenon that it is easy for dust to deposit on the low temperature heating surface of a bagassefired boiler during the actual operation process,analyzed were the operating parameters and in combination with thepractical production on the spot,it has been learned that the causes for the dust deposition mainly include the following five points: a low operation temperature of the circulating water,poor effectiveness of the soot blowing system,a big water content of fuel fed into the furnace,irrational structural design of the heating surface and a big resistance of the bag dust removal device. Three concrete solutions were proposed for these special purposes,involving respectively the following: operation optimization and adjustment,construction assistance adjustment and heat exchanger structure adjustment. The foregoing can offer guidance for proper applications of the flue gas waste heat recovery technology in bagasse-fired boilers and provide reference for flue gas waste heat recovery and reconstructionengineering projects of the same kind.
