黑龙江东部地区禽流感病毒的监测研究

摘　　要：为了调查禽流感病毒在黑龙江东部地区野鸟中的流行情况,试验于2012年5月份至2013年10月份分别在安邦河国家湿地公园、七星河湿地国家级自然保护区、雁窝岛自然保护区、千鸟湖湿地自然保护区、三环泡国家级自然保护区、黑龙江兴凯湖国家级自然保护区采集野鸟拭子样品、粪便样品,共816份,采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法进行流感病毒的初步检测,再通过SPF鸡胚对疑似阳性样品进行病毒分离,最后通过RT-PCR方法进行病毒鉴定。结果表明:有2份样品的禽流感病毒呈阳性,其亚型为H10N7和H3N5,均为低致病性禽流感病毒。说明黑龙江东部地区的野鸟携带低致病性禽流感病毒。To investigate the prevalence of avian influenza in the wild birds from the eastern region of Heilongjiang province, the test was conducted from May 2012 to October 2013. A total of 816 samples including oropharyngeal and cloacal swabs, and feces samples were collected from six sampling positions respectively, including Anbang River National Wetland Park, Qixing River Wetland National Nature Reserve, Yanwo Island Nature Reserve, Qianoiao Lake Wetland Nature Reserve, Sanhuanpao National Nature Reserve, Khanka Lake National Nature Reserve. A fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription -PCR assay was used for the initial detection of avian influenza virus, and then the virus isolation was conducted from suspected positive samples through specific pathogen - free （SPF） chicken embryos, and finally the RT - PCR assay was used for the identification of avian influenza virus. The results showed that avian influenza viruses in two samples were positive, which were identified as two kinds of low pathogenic avian influenza viruses, including subtype H10N7 and H3NS, respectively. The results indicate that the wild birds in the eastern Heilongjiang province carry the low pathogenic avian influenza viruses.
