摘 要:鸡戊型肝炎病毒(avian Hepatitis E virus,a HEV)衣壳蛋白的抗血清可以与猪戊型肝炎病毒(swine Hepatitis E virus,s HEV)的衣壳蛋白发生交叉反应,提示上述两种病原之间存在某种相关性。为了研究s HEV和a HEV之间是否存在基因重组现象,试验应用生物信息学方法对s HEV和a HEV的重组进行了系统分析,共收集了具有代表性的61条s HEVs全基因组序列,11条a HEVs全基因组序列,应用RDP4.24和Sim Plot3.5.1生物学软件对重组事件进行了分析。结果表明:a HEV与s HEV之间没有发现明确的重组信号,但s HEV间存在两个重组信号,分别存在于DQ450072毒株的1 993~2 724位核苷酸碱基和4 745~5 754位核苷酸碱基区间内。说明a HEV与s HEV之间不存在重组现象。The antiserum against the capsid protein of avian Hepatitis E virus (aHEV) could cross react with the capsid protein of swine Hepatitis E virus ( sHEV), suggesting that there was some correlation between the two pathogens. To study whether there was genetic recombination phenomenon between sHEV and aHEV, a bioinformatics method was used for systematical analysis of the recombination between sHEVs and aHEVs, 61 complete genom sequences of representative sHEV strains and 11 complete genom sequences of representative aHEV strains were collected, and then the recombination events were analyzed using RDP4.24 and SimPlot3.5.1 biology softwares. The results showed that no clear recombination signal was observed between aHEVs and sHEVs, but there were two recombination signals between nucleotide base at 1 993 to 2 724 nt and 4 745 to 5 754 nt in the sHEV strain DQ450072. The results indicate that there is no recombination phenomenon between aHEVs and sHEVs.
