摘　　要：牛链球菌是瘤胃中常见的一种兼性厌氧细菌,呈革兰氏阳性,是瘤胃中主要的淀粉分解菌和乳酸产生菌,与瘤胃酸中毒密切相关。文章综述了牛链球菌的生物学特性、在瘤胃内酸代谢中的作用、引起瘤胃酸中毒的机制,以及如何通过调控其数量和代谢路径来防止瘤胃酸中毒的相关研究进展。Streptococcus boris （S. boy/s） , is a gram -positive faeultative anaerobic bacterium, which is one of the common bacteria in the rumen. It is the main amylolytic bacterium and lactic acid - producing bacterium in the rumen, which is closely related to ruminal acidosis. This paper reviews the biological characteristics of S. boyis, its role in acid metabolism in the rumen, the mechanism causing ruminal acidosis, as well as the related research progress on how to prevent ruminal acidosis through regulating the number and metabolic pathways of S. bovis.
