摘 要:为了建立一个合理有效的雷琼牛超数排卵方案,获得更多、更优质的胚胎,长期保存雷琼牛的基因,试验从不同批次、不同促卵泡素(FSH)剂量、重复超数排卵、个体差异等方面研究了雷琼牛的超数排卵效果。结果表明:超数排卵处理64头雷琼牛,每头平均有效胚数为3.24枚;效果较好的第5批每头平均有效胚数为4.93枚,显著高于第1批的1.76枚(P<0.05)和第2批的1.60枚(P<0.05),高于第3批的4.10枚(P>0.05)和第4批的3.79枚(P>0.05)。海南的雷琼牛对FSH的反应比较强烈,使用日本产FSH注射剂量为14.0 AU效果最佳,其每头平均黄体数、每头平均回收卵数、卵子回收率、每头平均有效胚数、有效胚率分别为11.17个、9.56枚、77%、5.11枚、53%。通过优化超数排卵处理方案可以消除重复超数排卵的不良影响,雷琼牛个体超数排卵效果差异大,生产实践中可以根据第1次的超数排卵结果选择供体牛进行重复超数排卵,能够有效提高其超数排卵效率。To build a reasonable and effective superevulation scheme for Leiqiong cattle to get more superior embryos and conserve the gene of Leiqiong cattle for long term, 64 Leiqiong cattle were used to perform superovulation treatment in the present study. The superevulation effects were studied from different batches, different dosages of follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH), repeated superovulation, individual differences, and other aspects. The results showed that via superovulating, the average effective number of embryos per head was 3.24. The average effective number of embryos per head in the fifth batch with better superovulation effect was 4.93, which was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in the first batch (1.76) and the second batch (1.60), and also higher (P 〉0.05 ) than the third batch (4.10), as well as the fourth batch (3.79, P 〉 0.05 ). Leiqiong cattle from Hainan had relatively strong response to FSH, and the best suitable dose of Japanese FSH used in the Leiqiong cattle was 14.0 AU. The average numbers of luteum (CL), collected eggs and effective embryo per head were 11.17, 9.56 and 5.11, respectively; the ratios of the collected eggs and the effective embryos were 77 % and 53 %, respectively. Negative effect of repeated superovulation could be reduced through optimizing the superovulation scheme for Leiqiong cattle. The individual superovulation efficiency in Leiqiong cattle was very different ; selecting donor cattle for repeated superevulation can effectively improve the superovaltion efficiency based on the first superovulation effect in the production practice.
