摘 要:为了研究不同绒山羊品种间褪黑素、催乳素、甲状腺素、生长激素与绒山羊绒毛生长的关系,试验采用放射性免疫法测定了生绒旺盛期及退行期辽宁绒山羊和承德黑山羊血清激素浓度。结果表明:辽宁绒山羊和承德绒山羊褪黑素浓度在生绒旺盛期均极显著高于退行期(P<0.01),辽宁绒山羊生绒旺盛期褪黑素浓度显著低于承德黑山羊(P<0.05),而退行期品种间差异不显著(P>0.05);辽宁绒山羊和承德黑山羊生绒旺盛期催乳素浓度极显著低于退行期(P<0.01),辽宁绒山羊生绒旺盛期催乳素浓度显著低于承德黑山羊(P<0.05),而退行期品种间差异不显著(P>0.05);辽宁绒山羊和承德黑山羊甲状腺素浓度在不同品种及不同生绒时期均差异不显著(P>0.05);在生绒旺盛期辽宁绒山羊生长激素浓度与退行期差异不显著(P>0.05),而承德黑山羊在两个时期间差异极显著(P<0.01),在生绒旺盛期辽宁绒山羊和承德黑山羊生长激素浓度差异显著(P<0.05),在退行期时则差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明褪黑素、催乳素、生长激素的分泌水平与品种、生绒期有关,可能进一步影响绒山羊的产绒量。To study the relationship of melatonin, prolactin, thyroxine, growth hormone and growth hormone with cashmere growth between different varieties of cashmere goats, serum hormone concentrations of Liaoning cashmere goats and Chengde black goats during the anagen and catagen phases were determined by radioactive immunoassay. The results showed that the concentrations of melatonin in Liaoning cashmere goats and Chengde cashmere black goats at the anagen phase were extremely significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) than those at the catagen phase, and the concentration of melatonin in Liaoning cashmere goats was significantly lower( P 〈 0.05 )than that in Chengde black goats at the anagen phase, while there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) between two varieties of goats at the catagen phase ; the concentrations of prelactin in Liaoning cashmere goats and Chengde cashmere black goats at the anagen phase were extremely significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ) than those at the catagen phase, and the concentration of prolactin in Liaoning cashmere goats was significantly lower( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in Chengde black goats at the anagen phase, while there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) between two varieties of goats at the catagen phase ; there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0. 05 ) in the concentrations of thyroxine for different varieties and cashmere growth phases between Liaoning cash- mere goats and Chengde cashmere black goats; there was no significant difference in the concentration of growth hormone in Liaoning cashmere goats between the anagen phase and catagen phase, while the difference was extremely significant (P 〈 0.01 ) in Chengde black goats between the two phases. The concentrations of growth hormone in Liaoning cashmere goats and Chengde cashmere black goats were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) at the anagen phase, while there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) between two varieties of goats at the catagen phase.
