摘  要:为了探究新城疫病毒(NDV)侵害肉鸽神经系统组织学病理变化的发生发展机理,试验采用冰冻切片技术、苏木精-伊红染色、组织学分析方法观察了组织学病理变化。结果表明:脑血管高度扩张充血,血管周围间隙增宽;神经元的细胞核坏死、消失,有的仅能看到核膜;神经元胞质中的Nissl氏小体减少;毛细血管充血、肿胀;神经元水肿、变性,形成胶质结节、血管套,突起消失;有的神经元出现空泡化、卫星化,噬神经细胞及胶质细胞结节,内皮细胞增生等组织学变化。说明新城疫病毒对肉鸽神经系统的大脑、小脑、脑干及脊髓均有不同程度的损害,最终造成肉鸽出现不同的神经症状。To explore the pathogenesis and development mechanism of histopathologic changes for Newcastle disease virus (NDV) against pigeon nervous system, the methods of frozen section technique, hematoxylin -eosin (H. E. ) staining, and histological analysis were used to observe the histopathologic changes. The results showed that the high dilatation and congestion were seen in the cerebral vessels, and the perivascular gap was widened ; necrosis and disappearance of the neuronal nuclei was found, and the nuclear membrane was only seen in some neuronal nuclei ; Nissl' s body in neuron cytoplasm decreased ; the capillaries appeared congestion and swelling ; neuronal edema, degeneration and the formation of colloid nodules and vascular sets were observed, and the protuberances disappeared; some neurons appeared vacuolation, satellization, the nodules of neurenophages and glial cells, and endothelial cell hyperplasia, and other histological changes. The results indicate that Newcastle disease virus has different degrees of damage to nervous system, brain, cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord in pigeons, eventually leading to pigeon appearing different neurological symptoms.
