摘  要:为了探讨枳壳醇提有效部位及其所含部分单体成分对小鼠原代神经细胞增殖作用的影响,试验采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)测定细胞活力的方法,比较了枳壳醇提有效部位及其所含的川陈皮素、红橘素、伞形酮和葡萄内酯对小鼠原代神经细胞增殖作用的影响。结果表明:红橘素和伞形酮在试验浓度下对小鼠原代细胞增殖作用无显著影响;枳壳醇提有效部位(浸膏)、川陈皮素和葡萄内酯在试验浓度下对小鼠原代细胞生长有显著影响。说明枳壳醇提有效部位、葡萄内酯和川陈皮素对神经细胞生长有保护作用。To investigate the effects of the effective part of the ethanol extract of Fructus aurantii and its partial monomer contents on the proliferation of mouse primary neural ceils, four methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was used for the determination of cell viability in the test. The effects of the effective part of the ethanol extract of Fructus aurantii and its contained nobiletin, tangeritin, umbelliferone and gluconolac- tone on the proliferation of mouse primary neural cells were compared. The results showed that tangeritin and umbelliferone at the experimental concentrations had no significant effect on the proliferation of mouse primary ceils ; the effective parts of the ethanol extract of Fructus aurantii (extractum), nobiletin and gluconolactone at the experimental concentrations had significant effects on the growth of mouse primary ceils. The results indicate that the effective part of Fructus aurantii, gluconolactone and nobiletin have protective effects on the growth of nerve ceils.
