摘 要:为了积累槟榔江水牛血清生化指标的基础数据,试验以10头槟榔江水牛为研究对象,对其血清中N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷(NAGase)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、二酰基甘油酰基转移酶1(DGAT1)活性进行测定,并与摩拉水牛及荷斯坦奶牛进行比较。结果表明:槟榔江水牛、摩拉水牛、荷斯坦奶牛血清中NAGase活性差异不显著(P>0.05);槟榔江水牛、摩拉水牛血清中γ-GT活性显著高于荷斯坦奶牛(P<0.05),其中槟榔江水牛高于摩拉水牛,且差异不显著(P>0.05);槟榔江水牛、摩拉水牛血清中DGAT1活性极显著高于荷斯坦奶牛(P<0.01),其中摩拉水牛高于槟榔江水牛,且差异不显著(P>0.05)。To accumulate the basic data of serum biochemical indexes in Binlangjiang buffaloes, ten Binlangjiang buffaloes were used as research object in the test. The activities of serum N - acetyl - β - D - glucosaminidase (NAGase) , γ- glutamyl transferase ( γ- GT) , diacylglycerol acyltransferase I ( DGAT1 ) in Binlangjiang buffaloes were determined, which were compared with those in Murrah buffaloes and Holstein cows. The results showed that the difference of serum NAGase activity was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) among the three kinds of experimental animals ; serum γ- GT activity in Binlangjiang and Murrah buffaloes were higher than ( P 〈 0.05 ) that in Holstein cows, thereinto, serum γ- GT activity in Biulangjiang buffaloes was higher than that in Murrah Buffaloes, but the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05 ) ; serum DGAT1 activity in Binlangjiang and Murrah buffaloes were extremely significantly higher (P 〈 0.01 ) than that in Holstein cows, thereinto, the activity in Murrah Buffaloes was higher than that in Binlangjiaug buffaloes, but the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05 ).
