摘 要:目的评价某异丙醇胺项目进行职业病危害控制的效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查方法进行综合评价。结果异丙醇胺装置外操工岗位、卸料工岗位的环氧丙烷和氨,灌装工岗位的异丙醇胺为关键控制点。氨和噪声检测合格率为100%,环氧丙烷检测合格率为98.1%,经整改后复测合格。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制效果良好;但是加强环氧丙烷和氨的密闭防护、防止跑冒滴漏仍然是职业病危害防护的重点。[Objective]To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in an isopropanolamine production project.[Methods]The comprehensive evaluation was conducted with the field occupational hygiene investigation.[Results]The concentrations of propylene oxide and ammonia in outside operation post and unloading post,and concentration of isopropanolamine in filling post were the critical control points.The eligible rates of ammonia concentration and noise intensity were 100%,while the eligible rate of propylene oxide was 98.1%,and it was 100% in the retest after the improvement.[Conclusion]This is a project with serious occupational hazards,and the occupational hazards have been controlled basically.However,to enhance the airtight protection for propylene oxide and ammonia,and prevent leakage are still the keys of the occupational-hazard-prevention.
