摘　　要：目的探究昆山市锦溪镇农村居民2014年健康素养情况,为制定相关政策和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法调查昆山市锦溪镇15~69周岁常住居民健康素养。采用多元线性回归探索健康素养综合得分与诸因素的关系。结果具备健康素养的比例为18.48%,95%CI为14.56%~22.31%。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能达到合格的比例（95%CI）分别为18.23%（14.42~22.04）、23.54%（19.36~27.73）及23.04%（18.89~27.19）。年龄、文化程度、家庭人口数、非本地户籍、现在不吸烟与健康素养综合得分有关,其标准化回归系数分别为-0.364、-0.277、0.129、-0.110、及-0.162。结论昆山市锦溪镇农村居民2014年健康素养总体上偏低,需加大健康促进措施提升居民健康素养,以改善健康状况。[Objective]To investigate the health literacy level among rural residents in Jinxi Town of Kunshan City,provide scientific basis for developing related strategies and intervention measures.[Methods]The residents aged 15-69 years old Jinxi Town of Kunshan City were collected by the cluster random sampling method,and their health literacy were investigated.Multiple linear regression was used to explore the relationship between the comprehensive scores of health literacy and different factors.[Results]18.48% of residents had the health literacy,with 95%CI of 14.56%-22.31%.The proportion（95%CI）of residents with qualified scores in basic knowledge and concepts,the healthy lifestyle and behavior,and basic skills was 18.23%（14.42-22.04）,23.54%（19.36-27.73）,and 23.04%（18.89-27.19）,respectively.Age,education level,family number,non-local household registration,and non-smokers were related to the comprehensive scores of health literacy,which the standard regression coefficient was respectively-0.364,-0.277,0.129,-0.110 and-0.162.[Conclusion]The level of health literacy in rural residents is not satisfactory in Jinxi Town of Kunshan City.It is necessary to strengthen the health promotion measures to enhance the health literacy of residents,to improve their health condition.
