摘　　要：芳香化酶抑制剂(Aromatase Inhibitor,AI)能抑制睾酮向雌二醇的转化,从而减少雌激素对下丘脑和垂体的负反馈抑制作用,促进垂体分泌促性腺激素。对男性部分性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症、男性身材矮小、肥胖相关性性腺功能减退症以及少精症,都具有一定的治疗作用。Aromatase inhibitors （Aromatase Inhibitor, AI） can inhibit the conversion of testosterone to estradiol, thus reducing the feedback inhibition of estrogen to the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, promote the secretion of pituitary gonadotropins. And it is useful for the treatment of male sexual lower gonadotropin induced gonad hypofunction, men short stature, obesity relevance gonad hypofunction and oligospermia.
