摘 要:针对预涂动态膜抗污染特性,对其处理含腐殖酸废水性能进行了研究,考察了涂膜液浓度、腐殖酸浓度及金属离子对膜通量及污染物去除率的影响,用SEM扫描电镜对污染动态膜表面进行了形貌表征。结果表明,动态膜处理含腐殖酸废水性能优于基膜,污染动态膜表面被凝胶态混合物覆盖,基膜未出现较明显的凝胶态物质;涂膜液浓度为0.45 g/L时处理效果最佳;腐殖酸浓度越高,膜通量衰减越快,去除率也越高;添加Fe^(3+)后膜通量衰减明显,Ca^(2+)使稳态膜通量增幅最大,其次是Mg^(2+)离子,Na^+作用不明显,Mg^(2+)和Na^+都降低了UV_(254)和UV_(436)去除率,Ca^(2+)使UV_(436)去除率增高,使UV_(254)去除率降低,添加Fe^(2+)的过滤后期对UV_(254)和UV_(436)去除率分别达93%和99%以上。According to antipollution characteristics of precoated dynamic membrane, its performance of the treatment of wastewater containing humic acid was studied. The effects of concentration of coating solution, humic acid concentration and metal ion on the membrane fluxes and pollutant removal efficiency were investigated. The pollution surfaces of the dynamic membrane were characterized by SEM. The results indicated that the performance for treatment of wastewater containing humic acid using dynamic membrane was better than support. The polluted surface of the dynamic membrane was covered with a layer of gel mixture, and the support surface did not appear obvious gel matter. The optimal concentration of the coating solution was 0.45 g/L.The higher the humic acid concentration, the faster the membrane flux decline and the higher the retention rates. The membrane fluxes declined most obviously while adding the Fe3+. Ca2+ could increase the highest steady membrane fluxes, than the Mg2+.The effect of Na+was not obvious. Mg2+ and Na+could decrease the rejection rates of the UV_(254) and UV_(436). Ca2+ could increase the rejection rate of UV_(436) and decrease the rejection rate of UV_(254). In the later filtration period, the UV_(254) and UV_(436) rejection rates reached 93% and 99% for the addition of Fe3+, respectively.
